About Us
We are an independent charity providing specialist end of life care for people facing the challenge of a life-limiting illness, and support for their families. Our area includes Maidstone, Aylesford, Tonbridge and Malling and the surrounding villages.
How your Tribute Fund helps
We care for nearly 1,000 patients and their families each year in their own homes, in the community or in the Hospice, improving their quality of life and helping to make every day precious.
Your Special Place to Remember
Raising money in memory of your loved one is a wonderful way to honour the memory of someone special, and a Forever Loved Tribute can become a place of comfort for you to visit at any time.
Creating a Forever Loved Tribute is a simple process and takes just a few moments. Your Forever Loved Tribute is a place where family and friends can leave messages, share memories, light a candle and add photos, videos and music. You can choose who you share your Forever Loved Tribute with, enabling your page to be as private as you wish.
Updating your Forever Loved Tribute is simple, and we can add details of any money raised or donations given to the Hospice in cash or cheques.

Donating to your Fund
Supporting us at your special occasion or fundraising event is a rewarding and thoughtful way to help. Why not ask guests to make a donation to your Fund instead of a gift at your birthday or wedding anniversary.
Donate in lieu of Flowers
